What if i lose both remotes whilst out fishing and the trollbuddy is in the lower position?
Should you lose both remotes whilst on the water and your troll buddy is in the lower position, the main control box contains both and up and switch, to allow you to raise and lower the motor, enabling you to get back to the ramp.
Can i add additional remotes should i lose one?
Should both remotes be lost, a new control box and two new remotes can be fitted.
Can the Trollbuddy be used in saltwater?
The Trollbuddy is fine to use in saltwater as all components are built to withstand the harsh marine environment. The kit should however be rinsed /washed down in fresh water and dried before being placed in dry storage. This will help maintain the high quality components in good order ready for the next time or season.

What is the warranty of the Trollbuddy?
Limited 3 Year Warranty. Trollbuddy Australia warrants to the original purchaser that the trollbuddy is free from defects in materials and workmanship appearing within three (3) years after the date of purchase. Trollbuddy Australia will, at its option, either repair or replace, free of charge, any parts, found to be defective during the term of this warranty. Such repair or replacement shall be the sole liability of Trollbuddy Australia. and the sole remedy of the purchaser for breach of this warranty.
The limited warrantie do not apply to motors used commercially, nor do they cover normal wear and tear, blemishes that do not affect the operation of the motor, or damage caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse
or improper care or maintenance. The cost of normal maintenance or replacement of parts which are not defective are the responsibility of the purchaser.
